Mr Topps reports that the Year 11 team were fantastic at the West Buckland 15-a-side tournament on Wednesday. The commitment and effort from the boys were outstanding.
They beat Holsworthy in their first game, lost to Kingsley in their second and were just pipped at the post by Braunton 3-0, with the final kick bouncing over off the upright. In their final game they went to the hurt locker to beat Shebbear 5-0 with an amazing defensive performance.
The boys were rightfully proud of their performance in their last outing for Pilton.
